residential area in the extremely popular area known as Playas
Orihuela about 5 km from Torrevieja. The property is only three

Flights to either Murcia or Alicante are cheap and plentiful
from most UK airports. Murcia is the nearest, being about 30
minutes away by road.

the Playa Flamenca district. There are several sandy beaches,
lots of shops, bars and restaurants.
Most facilities are within a five minute drive
of the apartment and many are within walking distance.
For golfers several excellent courses are
minutes away by car and there is a tremendous Aqua Park at Torrevieja.
Torrevieja
The nearest major town is Torrevieja which
is about 5km away. This is a bustling, vibrant town with every
facility a holiday maker could wish for. Adjacent to the many
shops and restaurants is a striking promenade for walks along
the seafront and a lively marina.
